Abdulraheem Kooheji
Chief Contracting Officer - CCO

Graduate Civil Engineer with MBA having around 11 years of experience in the areas of Strategy Planning, Estimation, Tendering, Auditing, Project Management, Construction Management, Integrated Management system, Commercial Affairs and Contract Management.
Actively handled preparation of tender specifications & finalization of requirements, evaluation & execution of (Sub) Contracting Works. Possess excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills with proven ability in liaising with clients, contractors and other external agencies.
Successfully worked in close coordination with consultants, clients, architects, site engineers, inter- disciplinary engineers, various administration departments and top management for ensuring smooth execution of the projects. Well conversant and familiar with FIDIC documents.
Interpretation of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of Technical/Financial problems for Management reporting.
Have held a wide variety of jobs (Industrial and Commercial buildings, Marine Works including Marine Navigation system and Construction of Jetties etc, Infrastructure works etc.) and responsible for the complete management of the project start from tender stage to t to final turnover of a project. Presently managing various projects (residential and commercial projects) of over 100 Million BD.

Chief Operating Officer - COO

Civil Engineering Graduate with over 7 years of rich experience in the areas of Construction Project Management, Site Administration, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Affairs, Resource Management and Liaison work. A strategic planner with cross-functional experience in conducting & coordinating project engineering activities, resource management, tender evaluation and contract management with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance to Quality standards.
Well versed with construction techniques related to Industrial, Residential, Commercial buildings, RCC and Steel Structures and infrastructure works.
Managing operations for executing civil construction projects; involved in conducting project feasibility studies and participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress, Reviewing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost and Time, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the cost and time norms.
Formulating operating budgets; Construction Schedule, Progress Reports and Statements etc. Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with deftness in swiftly ramping up projects in close co-ordination with architects & consultants and ensuring on time deliverables.
